We are looking to hire a Card Dispute Specialist for our fast-growing team!

Please note this role is on-site at our Waynesboro, VA location.

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Card Dispute Specialist position with the Card Services team. Bring your credit/debit card dispute expertise to a workplace that values both your skills and innovative mindset. 

What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

• Prepare and submit card dispute requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Investigate and gather all necessary documentation for successful resolution of dispute requests.


• Monitor and track dispute and chargeback trends and identify areas for process improvement.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the optimal outcome for all dispute requests.


• Provide regular reporting and insights to management regarding card dispute performance and trends.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of related experience


• Strong self-motivation and drive to excel in the role

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong proficiency in Excel
