JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Description: Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency, Inc. (CISA) is a high-volume sales organization that distributes Chubb products through 4,700 agents and brokers across North America and Europe. This position involves coordinating various functions related to agency commissions and vendor payments.
CISA is a Chubb-owned agency licensed in all 50 states. The team administers innovative programs designed to efficiently obtain business that Chubb would not normally receive through traditional distribution methods. CISA is one of Chubb's largest and fastest growing distributors. The agency serves as a platform for innovative sales initiatives and employees have the opportunity to build technical skills relating to all of Chubb's commercial and personal products.
Essential Job Functions:
- CISA administers multiple programs across the country involving various approaches to agent compensation. This role will require learning the objectives of these programs and collaborating with others on distribution of statements and checks to participating agents.
- Reviewing incoming payments from clients, documenting, scanning, and depositing checks.
- Understanding Chubb's workflow for distributing commission statements/checks and applying this to CISA's programs by matching payments and documents and coordinating distribution to agents
- Voiding and re-issuing checks
- Coordinating monthly check requests for various programs
- Overseeing return commission processes from CISA agents.
- Responding to agent commission inquiries via email and telephone
- Coordinating address changes with agents where necessary.
- Managing payments to vendors
- Surplus Lines payment follow up
- Administration of agency billing
- Collaborate with team on financial responsibilities for group personal excess products
