As Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome


• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes


• Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions


• Making reservations for dining, transportation, and tours


• Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously


• Maintaining a neat and organized concierge desk


• Collaborating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs


• Ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings


• Providing personalized service to enhance the guest experience


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options


• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software


• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
