As Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Job Description
Your primary duties will include:
Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Making reservations for dining, transportation, and tours
Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
Maintaining a neat and organized concierge desk
Collaborating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
Ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings
Providing personalized service to enhance the guest experience
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
