The User Governance and Administration team of Schneider Electric is part of the HR Systems and Employee Experience division. This department oversees the maintenance in operational conditions of the following streams and solutions:
Stream 1: Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Stream 2: Workforce Administration
As an Identity and Access Management Federation Analyst, you will be responsible for the ongoing operation and stability of the IAM platform and services, ensuring high availability, reliability, security and integrity of handled data, and integration with client applications and systems.
Your key duties include:
Acting as technical authority for deployed IAM services, in particular Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication;
Providing support to technical teams working on the IAM solution platform and services maintenance;
Providing technical specifications based on business stakeholders needs in liaison IAM Technical Architects;
Understanding business needs of operational and IT teams to be able to provide them with appropriate support;
Acting as technical authority for the deployed IAM services;
Responsible for ensuring applications integrations with IAM Federation system based on Policy guidelines
Being the primary contact person for issue solving: finding the root cause, suggesting resolution options, coordinating until final resolution, drafting a post-mortem once issue is solved;
Ensuring technical IAM platform evolutions and changes are made with no impact on deployed IAM services;
Assisting in the coordination and execution of system or software upgrades on IAM platform components;
Assisting the technical delivery team when needed, in the documentation of technical procedures and issues description and resolution.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough understanding of technical data architectures
Experience in Federation Platforms like Ping Identity, Okta
Strong ability in troubleshooting complex issues
Strong knowledge with scripts development and web services. Ie. Powershell, Java
Ability to lead and/or actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetings
Ability to work well with contractors, systems engineers, requirements analysts, and others who may have information necessary for developing security related documentation or processes
Four to Six years of experience in IAM fundamentals (access management, single sign-on, identity federation, password management, authentication, authorization, certification, provisioning, etc.)
Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT
Excellent oral and communication skills
Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
Fluency in English
Preferred:
High level of attention to detail
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Strong time management skills
Strong knowledge of security programs management

This is a Full-time Permanent role
To be considered candidates should be based in the Greater Boston area. The role will be primarily remote but you MUST be able to go into the Boston, MA and or Andover, MA offices in some rare situations.
