Job Description:

In the Transaction Specialist role, youll support the needs within the Accounting Department. Day to day, that might include:

* Coordinate daily activity and monthly reconciliations related to cash management, AR, payments, and collections. 
* Support the effective and efficient management of daily transactions. 
* Administer the day-to-day activity related to bad debts and external collection agencies.  

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, were looking for candidates who possess the following skills and traits:

* Youll love this roll if you enjoy planning, organizing, and getting into the minute details of each project or initiative. 
* There are a lot of changes in our industry so were looking for someone who is comfortable with change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
* This role is heavily collaborative, so someone who is team-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is most likely to succeed.
* Experience working with and deep knowledge of Microsofts suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required. 
* A two-year degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-interview assessment.
