We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing cross-functional projects in collaboration with the Product Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills to facilitate seamless project execution. As a key member of the team, you will also play a vital role in maintaining accurate product data and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Basic functions will include:
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Collaborate cross functionally to assign tasks on the project to teammates best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
Maintaining internal product documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple functional groups are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
Communicate with Product Manager to keep the projects aligned with their goals.
Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needs or financing for the projects change.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly analytical with proven track record of process development and continued improvement.
Bachelor's Degree
Experience leading projects with cross functional teams
Experience with Excel and similar project tracking systems
