Position Summary
You will serve as the primary finance contact for Global Marketing, supporting business leaders in strategy development, target setting, and performance review facilitation, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure value delivery, resource agility, and organizational efficiency
You will partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and track action plans for sustainable results, improving performance management, and promoting financial awareness among non-financial personnel
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy Translation: Primary finance contact for Global Marketing supporting the business leaders in NAM and B.U in developing strategy, setting targets, and animating cadence of performance reviews
Challenge Performance: Work with the business stakeholders to ensure:
We deliver the right value on our strategic programs.
We stay agile in our resources' allocation, again for maximizing value
We drive efficiency and effectiveness within the respective organizations
Action planning & execution: Partner with your respective business leaders to identify, evaluate, animate and track action plans to achieve sustainable results in Global Marketing savings
Improve GM and Marcom Performance Management: improve tracking & ensuring monthly spend is within annual targets
Ensure visibility over ROI in marcom investment projects as well as marketing campaigns. Monitoring Global Marketing non-financial performance indicators (Brand to order)
Quarterly Performance Reviews: in charge of bottom-up quarterly rolling forecasts and animation of the quarterly Business Reviews
Financial awareness: Promote financial awareness of non-financial people

Bachelor's degree in Finance
At least 3+ years of controlling experience
Skills & Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Confident and respected, able to take control of tough situations where necessary to support the business partner in deploying strategy and driving sustained performance
Teamwork & collaboration
Preferences
Master's degree in Finance
At least 5+ years of controlling experience as Finance Business Partner for a Senior Business Leader (VP or SVP)
