Job Description:

COMPUTER/IT CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Senior Database Developer to analyze multiple sources of structured and unstructured data to design and develop ETL architecture, build dashboards and data visualizations. Create data pipelines to transform raw data into meaningful format and load them into Datawarehouse for analysis and reporting. Create database solutions for faster data processing, optimizing cost and handling large volume of data. Migrate on premises data to AWS cloud and create pipelines to load data into data marts. Implement job automation for repetitive tasks, Continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), testing strategy and integrate various applications. Take full ownership of completed work and collaborate with other engineers, product owners, designers, and leadership. #LI-DNI. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with data pipelines, solving complex business problems, understanding business requirements and creating data engineering solutions. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with performance tuning, optimizing database performance for ETL workloads using Microsoft business intelligence tools and SQL Server; 5 years of experience with creating dashboards, reports and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI; 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps for TFS source control and release deployment; 2 years of experience with job automation for repetitive tasks, AWS and/or Azure Services, SQL, Python, PowerShell; and 2 years of experience with managing deployment and identifying and fixing data discrepancies.
