Residential Surveillance Agent (Part-Time) at Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. in lafayette, California

Job Description:

The Residential Surveillance Agent will conduct counter surveillance at multiple residences of high profile clients and report all suspicious activity. The schedule will be Friday and Saturday, 10 pm -6 am, and other shifts as needed.

Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Conduct counter surveillance activities and report suspicious activity.
3. Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.
4. Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns in a timely manner.
5. Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies/failures.
6. All other duties, as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED with a couple years of residential, military service, and/or law enforcement experience. Current CA Guard Card, CA Exposed Firearm Permit, and CA CCW or HR218 required. Competencies:

• Prior residential security, military, and/or law enforcement experience.
• Substantial background in providing concierge customer service.
• Successful problem resolution skills.
• Professional demeanor and solid communication skills (interpersonal, radio, email, and text).
• Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.
