Job Description:

The beautiful Hilton Atlanta is looking for full-time baristas to join their team at Market Place! This is a 1200+ room property located in the heart of downtown, connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center mall and the MARTA Station. As a Barista, you would be responsible for taking/preparing/serving guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous barista experience, ideally at an establishment that sees high volume and has high standards of service! Interested c andidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts, weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed

What will I be doing?

As a Barista, you would be responsible for taking/preparing/serving guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific responsibilities of the position include:

• Greets, prepares, services, and takes guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
• Upsells additional items to guests in order to enhance profitability
• Completes additional tasks as assigned/directed by supervisor/manager
