Genesis Products is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This position will have high growth potential for the right team member. This position will work closely with multiple team members of the operations and engineering teams to implement and review current operations systems to ensure effective execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to capital project management, maintenance systems execution, tooling specification / design, process development, implementation, and process improvement projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments
Troubleshooting and programming in Siemens S7 ladder logic
Troubleshoot 24 volt DC, 110 volt AC and 220 volt AC control circuits and 3 phase 460 Volt AC motors and controls.
Responsible for assisting in the performance of preventative maintenance & repairs on all plant equipment and facilities
Completes routine repair, adjustment, and installation work
Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges
Controls downtime by informing Plant Manager and production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
Lead team of Maintenance Technicians
SKILLS DESIRED
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
5+ years of maintenance experience
Blueprint Reading
Experience with AC and DC drives and controls.
Abilityto read a volt meter, ohm meter, amp meter
Must have hydraulic experience working with pressures up to 360 bar
