Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring Summer Interns to join our Accounts Payable and Vendor Management teams in Olathe, KS! You will have the opportunity to learn about our products and services by providing administrative or operations support at the organization.


This internship will also create an opportunity for potential future internships and/or permanent employment upon graduation! This is a great way to start your career!


Responsibilities:



  • Review vendor files

  • Review data and make corrections

  • Contact vendors to get updated information

  • Monitor the progress of the project and build reports for management to review

  • Additional projects to support departmental functions


Requirements:



  • Currently pursuing degree

  • Some experience with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Quick learner 

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
