Overview

You will be responsible for a blend of Project Controlling and Plant Controlling activities. This will also include providing cost control for end-to-end project execution in the Prefab business within North America, with special attention to plant performance.

Responsibilities


  • Perform financial analysis and monitoring for various projects and plant operations.

  • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.

  • Analyze project and plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with project managers and plant management to provide financial guidance and support.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budgets and forecasts.

  • Contribute to the development of financial reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Participate in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and key internal controls.


Who will you report to?

DCS Business Finance Director-Finance


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • Proven experience in Project Controlling, Plant Controlling, or similar roles.

  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management systems

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

  • Strong diligence and an initiative-taking mindset

  • Oracle ERP knowledge a plus.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) a plus
