HR Administrative Assistant
Ellisville, MS, United States | req16538 Monday - Friday 3:00 - 11:30pm
What you will enjoy doing*


  • In this position, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and the support employees.

  • You will maintain employee files and records and update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, etc.).

  • Also, you will prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.

  • Further, you will support the hiring, onboarding, and induction of new employees.

  • You will collaborate with employees and leadership to facilitate communication, efficiency, and workflow.

  • In this role, you will provide administrative support to employees in various HR-related topics and help resolve any issues that may arise.

  • You need a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and 5-years of experience in customer service, office administration, or human resources

  • You must have a high proficiency with MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams

  • You need strong communication skills, resourceful mindset, and strong attention to detail

  • This position requires an excellent organization, time management and teamwork skills and knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.

  • You must be able to support 24/7 Operations and adjust work schedule when needed
