Vitalant is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician to bring skilled technical support to our manufacturing laboratory. This position provides contamination testing and will process blood components from volunteer donations.

What to Expect

Schedule: Days 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (rotates weekends)

• Perform platelet splits/results splits.


• Review and report test results, participate in quality control, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Associates degree in laboratory science/medical laboratory technology or Bachelors degree required.


• MLT required (or must pass within 6 months) or qualifies for CLIA high Competency required.


• One year of experience required or MLT/B.S. required. (No experience required with MLT certification or B.S.)
