Job Description:

100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: 

• Work with industry leading Sports Medicine surgeons who provide a full range of care with a team centered approach that includes the patient, nursing staff, Athletic Trainers in addition to our team of providers


• Perform traditional clinic-style telephone and MyChart triage as well as care coordination across multiple disciplines


• Be part of a team of world-class Orthopedics Team specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Joint Replacement Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Rehab Medicine, Spine Medicine and Sports Medicine.

Education:

Minimum – Graduate of school of nursing.

Preferred – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum – Six (6) months of RN experience. 

Preferred – Relevant RN experience. 

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred – Applicable clinical certification.
