Persistent Systems is looking for a Vice President, Growth to join our team. The VP, Growth will leverage our existing and future planned technology roadmap to solve our customers most complicated wireless networking problems. This individual will develop technical and corporate relationships with key large prime customers to ensure we are satisfying their Wave Relay® integration requirements and overall capability of their systems. The VP, Growth will be a trusted advisor, collaborator, consultant, and forward-thinker. This is a role that will be a key contributor to solving the most complex problems of our customers through collaborative relationships to align technical roadmaps and requirements. The VP Growth will get the opportunity to work with some of our very best and key accounts, our most sophisticated end customers, and our advanced engineering team. They will be a vital member of the Persistent System's future product team who communicate and develop technical solutions to assist our key prime customers achieve their business outcomes using our Wave Relay® and Cloud Relay™ technology portfolio. The VP Growth will be responsible for supporting Head of Strategy and Engineering with Go To Market capabilities for corporate defined priorities.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain an intimate familiarity with key large prime customer product offerings and how they fit into our future technical roadmap; leverage this knowledge to develop cooperative development relationships with these partners.


• Understand our future product roadmap and be able to effectively engage and communicate that roadmap to future partners, and customers.


• Initiate and lead external customer partnerships for projects that align with PS technology roadmap in key areas of AI and Compute at the edge.


• Develop strategic priorities and repeatable Go To Market processes that support, facilitate and scale AI and Compute technology projects with the Engineering Team and Partners.


• Apply broad industry knowledge and years of technology experience to aid in technical alignment, explaining features and benefits to customers, and crafting and configuring solutions and products along with our business partners to solve customers needs.


• Utilize a deep understanding of Persistent Systems' product offerings to shape requirements for our end customers that enable our ability to field this innovative technology.


• Work with our in house engineering team to provide feedback from our customers and partners on our future product development to ensure efficient and scalable Go To Market company capabilities.


• Assert a deep knowledge in networking capabilities.


• Map Persistent Systems' product offerings to key prime customer business needs and requirements.


• Maintain technical and corporate relationships with key technical leads at large key prime customers.


• Partner with capture teams on specific responses and white papers with key prime customer accounts.


• Work with internal engineering, program teams, strategy team and finance to ensure the successful Go To Market that meets customer requirements, company vision and is scalable to market with focus on fielding of our next generation capabilities and products.


• Assist the Strategy team and company with Go To Market in addressing the corporate top priorities (e.g. ATO/Security, INDO-PACOM markets, Fires Command & Control, Vehicle Integration, and Cloud Infrastructure).


• Lead Wave Relay partner ecosystem's evolution to a data-centric, AI/ML enabled capability that aligns with current product roadmap and next generation capabilities to ensure Wave Relay is foundational to future tactical mission communication, mission command & control and Edge enabled AI/ML capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree


• 4+ years of networking/telecommunications/wireless industry related experience as well as Persistent Systems' product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in a similar technology area


• 15+ operational and leadership experience in communications in either the Military or commercial space


• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills


• Strong analytical skills: ability to assess a problem and resolve with an effective course of action


• 5+ years of experience with architecting AWS/Azure/Cloud network integration solutions


• Demonstrated fundamental understanding of AI/ML


• Experience in conceptualizing, developing and presenting technical presentations to large groups of customers


• Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time


• Must have a US Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

• Masters Degree or equivalent experience
