60% FTE, 3 days a week – Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at University Hospital and Science Drive Medical Center in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to: 

• Work with an industry leading provider team for program development on bone health with the specific intent of treating and preventing fragility fractures that result from osteoporosis.


• Perform traditional clinic-style telephone and MyChart triage and interact face-to-face with patients providing education and administering injections.


• Be part of a team of world-class Orthopedics nurses and clinical staff specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Rehab Medicine, Spine Medicine and Sports Medicine.

Education:

Minimum – Graduate of school of nursing. 

Preferred – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum – Six (6) months of RN experience.

Preferred – Relevant RN experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred – Applicable clinical certification.
