Baggage Storage Associate - Seattle-Tacoma International Airport - Seasonal Part Time

$21 - $22 / hour

These seasonal positions are expected to last through Summer 2024

Weekly hours vary but may be up to 25 hours a week

BASIC FUNCTION

The Baggage Storage Associate is expected to provide superior customer service, while promoting Smarte Carte Baggage Storage and Services to travelers during the summer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver premier customer service


• Greet and assist inbound travelers and encourage the use of our services to maximize their travel experience


• Follow established process for tagging and tracking customer property; Baggage Storage Standard Operations Procedure.


• Communicate Baggage Storage requirements to customers


• Process cash and credit card payments using POS register


• Provide information & respond to inquiries about airport facilities, including but not limited to, baggage carousel information


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Wear company prescribed uniform, maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance


• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Airport and/or Airline hospitality service experience a plus


• Excellent verbal communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to push/pull and lift 70lbs


• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
