Job Description:

Work Schedule

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Intermittent weekends per Supervisor weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to: 


  • Provide team-based leadership for acute care occupational and physical therapy staff. 

  • Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts. 

  • Develop and manage the therapy team’s programs, procedures, and protocols.

  • Continue to provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist. 

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.

Preferred – Masters or doctoral degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration.

Work Experience:

Minimum – Three years of professional experience as an OT or PT.

Preferred – Previous therapy leadership experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – Licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin. Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator.
