Job Summary:

As a General Manager, you will be at the helm of our complex and large manufacturing operations, responsible for ensuring safety, delivery, quality, cost, and profit. You'll have full profit/loss responsibility for the division and oversee departments such as operations, manufacturing engineering, finance, quality, materials, purchasing, human resources, inside sales/customer service, maintenance, and EHS. Reporting to the Group President, you'll play a crucial role in driving our future success and upholding our legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold safety standards and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Drive cost reduction and production efficiency through lean manufacturing practices.
• Foster talent development and lead your team towards continuous improvement.

• Maintain operational excellence, including adherence to 5S standards.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive responsibility in the automotive components (or similar) industry.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of team development.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills.
