Job Summary
Collaborates with CGN Program Managers (PMs) and their support to develop, update, and maintain integrated master schedules in support of the program's execution of major milestones and key events. Provides and communicates monthly updates on the program's progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Telework is supported at 75%. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Works with functional leads and stakeholders to ensure that program schedules reflect reality and that key deliverables will be completed on time. Performs schedule analysis to include performance metrics, critical path, float, risk, and schedule variances. Communicates schedule performance and status to both internal and external stakeholders every month. Prepares "what-if" analysis to mitigate potential or realized schedule delays and shortfalls. Performs DCMA 14-point schedule assessments to ensure the schedule was built using industry best practices. Proposes process improvements that will aid in the program's scheduling workflow. Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regard to scheduling.

Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have zero (0) to five (5) years of experience with Integrated Master Schedule and Program Management.

Salary
The minimum salary starts at $70,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
