Job Description:

What You Will Do

• Upgrade an obsolete Supervisory Control system (Indusoft).


• Ensure all electrical drawings are up to date in the machine control cabinets.


• Ensure visual management of TV’s and computers are up to date.


• You would have to investigate system and equipment problems and provide technical input in problem resolution


• You will gain an understanding of traditional Manufacturing/Controls Engineering activities necessary to support production, while also being given responsibility to perform tasks that will help you build your own.

How You Will Do It

• Developing user interface screens for production areas to act as a process dashboard, using scripting programs and database access.


• Working with Maintenance and Engineers to identify electrical hardware and validate against machine drawings, update AutoCAD files as required.


• Logging in to production PC’s and monitors to ensure that are displaying the correct SCADA system information.


• Assisting the engineers in working with Enterprise Asset Management systems.


• Supporting the Engineering team in all activities which can involve configuring and programming automation controllers, SCADA systems and SQL Databases.

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.


• Pursuing an undergraduate in Engineering.


• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.


• 
  Duration: Summer 2024. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.

  Working Arrangements: On-site based at our manufacturing facility in Toledo, OH
