The Staff Risk Expert is responsible for performing technical root cause analysis on audit finding evidence, providing technical advice to finding owners, supporting, and validating the execution of action plans, and providing technical advice to international markets. This role also involves tracking the proper execution of action plans, supporting different Access Management initiatives, and participating in the audit process to support audit/owner requirements. The Staff Risk Expert will also support user access control action plans and provide technical on-demand support for international audits and management action plans. Additionally, this role will support other Identity management and Access Management workstreams for root cause resolution.



What you'll do:



  • Perform technical root cause analysis on audit finding evidence to determine the best action plan.

  • Provide technical advice to finding owners to fix audit and self-identified findings.

  • Support and validate the execution of action plans for applications and databases with user access review, user Provisioning, and user Deprovisioning issues.

  • Provide technical advice to international markets when needed.

  • Track the proper implementation of action plans.

  • Provide support and advice on different Access Management initiatives.

  • Engage in the audit process to support audit/control owner requirements, including scope analysis, evidence requests, evidence analysis/conclusion, and helping draft initial Management Action Plans (MAPs).

  • Advise and help application and platform owners during management action plan execution and evidence collection.

  • Support other Identity management and Access Management workstreams for root cause resolution.




What you'll bring:



  • Strong knowledge of IT Audit methodologies and tools; IT Audit interpretation and analysis; internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines; new and emerging technologies.

  • Strong technical knowledge in access management, user provisioning, and user deprovisioning processes.

  • Strong proficiency of Databases (on Prem and Cloud), Servers (Unix/Linux,Windows), Network Microsoft Office programs, ServiceNow, Azure/Google cloud, Access Management, etc.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to risk management and access management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of international markets and their specific regulatory requirements is a plus.

  • Knowledge of stakeholder identification and mapping; stakeholder communication; stakeholder engagement techniques; stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methodologies

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization as well as demonstrated strength in Project/Program plan execution.

  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: 6 years' experience in cybersecurity risk or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
