What You'll Do

Maintain Optimal Stock Inventory: Ensure that our customers have access to the correct parts by meticulously managing stock levels and inventory accuracy.
Efficient Workflow Management: Monitor the flow of work within the Parts Department, intervening as necessary to maintain efficient operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate the performance of team members within the Parts Department, providing feedback and support to facilitate continuous improvement.
Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with parts customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze Parts Upgrade performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall departmental efficiency.
Expense Management: Manage departmental expenses effectively, working to optimize costs while ensuring the profitability of the dealership remains a top priority.
