Duties and Responsibilities

You will be expected to:


  • Take ownership of assigned tasks

  • Complete assigned tasks on time

  • Overall day-to-day team support

  • Participate in various development opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required


  • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in Technical Communications, English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering or similar applicable major

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at the time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

  • Writing Ability; command of English language both written and verbal - strong communication skills

  • Aptitude to understand technology

  • Good people/customer skills

  • Experience with or the aptitude to learn Adobe FrameMaker and Madcap Flare

  • Desire and motivation to be a technical writer/author

Scope of Employment and Work Schedule


  • Fulltime (40 hours/week)

  • Internship

  • Fixed Term Contract

  • Hourly

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible schedule as agreed with manager)

  • Norcross, GA, USA (metro-Atlanta)

Compensation Scheme

  • Hourly rate based on year of school completed
