In this exciting role as a Quality Engineering manager you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers supporting manufacturing of Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) products. PVH operating unit serves millions of patients with vascular therapy products across the globe. This role reports to the site quality lead and oversees and directs the work of a team of 6-8 engineers

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Lead development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting of materials and final products, ensuring materials and final products conform to approved specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop the QC team, providing guidance and feedback to team members.
  • Perform Quality related activities periodically as necessitated.
  • Manage functional area and direct reports to ensure daily tasks and business needs are met .
  • Monitor the effectiveness and foster development of new controls in place to ensure the quality of manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with Ops, Engineering, and Design where appropriate.
  • Manage Non-Conformance and CAPA workloads and metrics through management of the Quality Engineers/Cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned by management

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience of working with catheter based products and processes
  • Hands on skills in CAPA management
  • Experience of working in Class 3 product regulated environment

United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and
