Job Description:

This is a hybrid position which will work 3 days from the Northfield office and 2 days a week from home.

This position provides sales analytics and sales operational support to Health Plans programs. Present findings and recommendations to sales management to solve problems and issues related to sales opportunities. Plan and prepare business, financial and data analysis and reports.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze and manage OTC benefit formularies including, but not limited to: collecting product specifications, coordinating item conversions, pricing maintenance, and monitoring stock levels

  • Prepare and analyze sales forecast, stock levels and results reports and presentations .

  • Develop moderately complex reports and queries for salesforce and customers. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of sales and formulary management.

  • Support sales teams in preparing insights for customer business reviews and completing KPI and ad hoc reporting.

  • Identifies and develops basic strategies to improve and support sales productivity for basic health plan customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Management, Product Management, Finance and other internal business partners to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.

Requirements

Education


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics or other applicable majors
Experience


  • At least 2 years of analysis experience
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: conditional formatting, pivot tables, working with large data sets and V-look ups)
Preferred Qualifications


  • Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems with multiple variables
  • Moderate to complex problem solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Project Management or coordination experience
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of algebra and business statistics
  • Previous experience in a sales environment
