The VIE is a French international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. The position is based in Boston in United States, North American Hub - office in downtown Boston, with access to public transportation.

What is the Position?

The position is an Opportunity to work in the North American Hub of Schneider Electric and meet people from different parts of the business (North American Operations, Business Unit R&D teams, Digital teams) and Support the Global Learning Experience Architects in animation and communicating with the different networks within the learning community and researching trends & tools impacting the future of learning.

Which missions will you lead?


  • Support in animating, coordinating, and managing the Communities@ (C@W) Program Leader network to aid them in leading their communities (A community@work is a cross-organizational group of people that share activities on a professional topic to reach strategic objectives validated by a sponsor).

  • Support in activities related to Internal Trainer's Community & Sticky Learning Community, part of the C@W program, working with core teams to aid in the transformation of networking and engagement for the communities to encourage User Generated Content, including support with creation of relevant presentations.

  • Support in the facilitation of our Learning Community & Academy Network, including updating Learning Hub SharePoint, animating conversations, supporting semi-annual community calls.

  • Research and help in benchmarking of digital learning tools that can be used as options for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences

  • Help communicate and advertise our approaches and supporting materials to our stakeholders through various channels


What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in organizational development, business or marketing, HR

Work experience: Internships, ideally in human resources, learning or managing online communities

Skills:


  • English fluent (C++), other languages a plus

  • Curiosity

  • Digital acumen

  • Agile

  • Flexible

  • Strong demonstrated written and verbal communications
