Position Title:  Sr. Technical Service Specialist (Houston OR East Coast)

 

A Day in the Life  

 

Responsibilities

 


  • Own a territory to ensure the proper operation of our technologies

  • Respond and assist with Machine troubleshooting.

  • Provide on-site support repairs, Installations and Periodical maintenance   with sense of urgency.  

  • Prioritize activities and develop a culture of execution, becoming a trustworthy partner for our customers and commercial colleagues.  

  • Work closely with the clinical specialist team to maintain up to date clinical knowledge and awareness of customer needs.  

  • Maintain good documentation practices and ensure all service events are properly recorder in our service systems. 

  • Responsible to keep tools calibrated and manage trunk spare parts inventory.  

  • Visits customers to ensure all their needs are met, maintain good relations with assigned customers. Manage Customer expectations.  

  • Develop Schedule for Preventive maintenance.    

  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure service availability during holiday periods.  

 

Must Have 

 


  • This role requires a Bachelors’ Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, or an Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience, or a Vocational / Trade certificate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience.

  • Drivers License

 

 

Nice to Have 

 


  • Ability to follow specifications, interpret their meaning, and use of service manuals.  

  • experience  

  • In-depth knowledge of dialysis equipment including hemodialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy devices  

  • Experience in service of dialysis devices and renal areas renal clinic or nephrology clinic.   

  • Expertise with Water treatment and water Reverse Osmosis  for dialysis  

  • Expertise with Service  Max,  SAP  or other Service tools  

  • Ability to travel Domestically. Up to 60%   

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools  

  • Relevant experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic and electro-mechanical equipment in a field service role where you are customer facing in their premises  

  • Positive and Proactive with Can -do attitude.  

  • Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills  

  • Reliable with focus on quality and patient safety  

  • Communication skills, ability to summarize situations,  do Problem statements  

  • Have critical thinking. Resourceful  

  • Self-motivated and Independent
