Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst with proven requirement gathering skills and have experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on the information gathered in technical workshops. This position will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle; involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose and create the solution; also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution; and will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in technical workshops and document business requirements.


• Perform Impact Assessment on solution changes and co-ordinate with impacted systems to finalize the change request documents.


• Work closely with Solution Architects and Designers to efficiently and accurately capturing the requirement and document it.


• To be the first point of contact to clarify the E2E requirement and individual component level requirements.


• Define application data and resource models such that the operations and relationships between resources are easily understood.


• Exhibit critical thinking to design solutions to solve complex business requirements via existing or new microservices.


• Participate in proposals, RFPs and provide inputs on solutions and estimate.


• Strong customer services focus with an ability to respond to changing customer priorities in an agile operating environment.


• Ability to analyze bottlenecks in existing architectures and suggest solutions.

Required Skills

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.


• Good understanding of Insurance domain and Healthcare domain.


• Good Understanding of technologies like Java, .NET, C#, and SQL.


• Extensive expertise in environment management issue resolution and an excellent working knowledge of continuous deployment and integration and test driven development tools.


• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.


• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.


• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.


• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies.


• Planning and Co-ordination skills.


• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.


• Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.


• Able to estimate for the end to end delivery of Integration projects.


• Able to work on technical aspects and help tackle complex items including Integration.


• Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
