Continental Properties is looking for a Multifamily Training Coordinator to join our Multifamily Operations team.
The Multifamily Training Coordinator works directly with the Training Team, onsite team members and Operations leadership team to help facilitate a wide variety of activities associated with Multifamily Operations training and development. The Multifamily Training Coordinator will support team members and their managers through onboarding and ongoing development, as well as provide coaching on key performance areas to help team members master their roles. You will report to the Multifamily Training Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead new hire onboarding training sessions to support new team members and provide understanding of our culture and key role responsibilities
Oversee the creation of employee development plans to build internal bench strength to meet Continental objectives
Lead the Mentor Program and connect new hires with mentors to build upon their knowledge
Oversee our Secret Shop program to support team members to master the sales process
Support team members in creating post-audit action plans to ensure they are setup for success to implement changes
Track and follow-up on training attendance and documentation to ensure key trainings are complete
Provide frontline support to team members on operations systems and policies by assisting with Training Support Requests
Motivate and engage onsite team members to deliver the highest levels of customer service to the team and the community’s prospects and residents
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills for Success:
1+ years of experience in multifamily property management or training required; 2+ years of experience preferred
Ability to effectively prioritize a demanding meeting and task workload
Knowledge of coaching, counseling, and mentoring techniques for the work place
Confident in facilitating group discussions, providing transparent feedback and coaching to support team members in hitting goals
Moderate knowledge of Multifamily Software, including how to complete site processes
