Dimensions Living Appleton is looking for a full-time Wellness Coordinator to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our independent, assisted and memory care community.

Salary:$25.00/hour

Job Requirements:
Must have valid CNA Certification or LPN/RN License
Must have experience ordering medications
Must have PCC experience
Must be CBRF Certified
Schedule:Full-time AM shift
