Creamery Retail at Zingerman's Creamery, LLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Job Description:

Zingerman's Creamery is looking for an upbeat, positive individual who can give the Zingerman's Experience to guests in their retail store called "The Cream Top Shop". We are a maker of hand-made cheese, gelato, and ice cream. We serve lunch 7 days a week with a menu of made-to-order sandwiches and cheese plates through counter service. We offer a curated cheese selection of cut-to-order with American artisan cheese, American beers & wines, and gelato featuring scoops, shakes, and malts.

Part Time hours with shifts between 10am-6pm. Weekly average of 8-24 hours per week
Weekday and Holiday availability is a must!
The Starting base wage is $12 per hour, plus $2-$5/hour in additional tips

Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will greet and assist all guests, giving great customer service with every interaction. You'll prepare made-to-order sandwiches, cheese plates, and gelato treats! You'll care for the cheeses and the space, following our documented procedures.

Physical Demands

Must be able to work 6-8 hour shift
Must be able to relocate 30 pounds regularly
