The Innovation & Technology team of Schneider Electric seeks a June/July 2024 Software Engineer Co-Op in Andover, MA to contribute to developing the Edge Software program.

You will work within a dynamic and Agile team on cutting-edge technologies for the Industrial Automation Business.

What will you do?

• Researching and investigating on-promise commissioning and orchestration solutions for resource-constraint and Edge devices


• Contributing to the development of the Edge Software ecosystem using C, C++, GO, and Docker

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or directly related field required


• Strong programming skills in C/C++


• Experience with Software/Embedded Software Development on Linux


• Experience with GIT, CI/CD processes, and DevOps


• Ability to analyze product requirements and design possible solutions


• Ability to work both independently and in a team to contribute to the design and delivery goals


• Good communication skills


• Ability to work 40-hours per week onsite in Andover, MA for 6-8 months starting June or July 2024
