We're looking for talented Integration Engineers to direct research in cryogenic devices, advanced communication, sensing, and computer technologies. As an Integration Engineer, you will: - Perform test development activities from conception to support for future systems composed of heterogeneous computational, sensing, and communications technologies; - Establish, develop, and manage research programs, project plans, and integration plans; - Collaborate with a team of scientists and engineers, as well industry, academia, and other national labs to evolve and innovate heterogeneous integration; - Perform trade studies, review test plans and document test requirements and procedures; - Stay abreast of new technology trends by attending conferences, workshops and government meetings; - Identify future areas of investment and understand the latest in state-of-the-art research.
SKILLS
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, and possess a range of knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: - Operate and design a broad range of systems with heterogeneous integration, and the impact of these systems on their payloads; - Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; - Identify new and existing products, technologies, and/or systems to solve design, development, and operational problems; - Guide and influence a broad research community.
PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE
Pay: Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $102,477 - $191,900 (Full Performance, Senior, Expert) Salary range varies by location, work level, and relevant experience to the position. This position is hiring for Maryland. On the job training, internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee.
