In this exciting role as a Design Verification Test Technician you will have responsibility for ensuring the safety and quality of Medtronic products. This is a hands on dynamic role that allows for exposure to a broad range of activities.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of experience in design verification and reliability product testing.

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industry (Medical Devices preferred)
• Experience in executing and recording testing in a lab setting
• Experience operating Temperature and Humidity Environmental Chambers
• Experience operating Altitude Environmental Chambers
• Experience operating vibration test systems
• Experience working with Insulin pumps
• Experience working with Glucose sensors

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience,certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
