Short Descriptions: 

Internship Program Goals:  Provide a rewarding experience for students who are preparing for real careers outside of high school or college.  The goal is to provide a real-world, thought-provoking internship to experience things first-hand.

Internship Dates:  6/17/24-8/30/24

Internship Summary:  The HR Internal Communications Intern will directly assist the HR team in creating a foundational communications strategy to establish communication channels and programs to keep employees abreast of current events.

Job Duties:

• Support the creation of campaigns by contributing to research, ideation, strategy, content creation, design, and delivery.


• Identify opportunities for creative and innovative approaches to communications that result in increased and sustained engagement.


• Manage the creation and distribution of HR-related communications, including employee newsletters, memos, announcements, and presentations.

• Support with other projects as needed.

Job Skills:

• Flexible, organized, and excellent time management skills.


• Need to both take direction and take initiative when they see something that needs to be done.


• Highly proficient in MS Office suite and have strong digital skills, ideally.


• Strong communication skills required.
