The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the linchpin of our candidate experience, offering exceptional support by building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring a smooth interview process for our candidates.

Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the immigration function within the People department and is responsible for advising employees, processing applications and paperwork, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Provide high-touch and best-in-class service to candidates during the interview experience, including interview scheduling, coordinating logistics and being the point of contact throughout.
  • Act as subject matter expert for global mobility topics in partnership with outside immigration counsel. Oversee immigration counsel work and provide day-to-day contact support.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Talent Advisors, Hiring Leaders, People & Finance Business Partners, Employee Relations, Executive Assistants and outside counsel to help execute the candidate experience and immigration strategies.
  • Facilitate the offer process, ensuring a smooth and timely hand-off to the Onboarding Team.
  • Create and manage ATS job posting(s), review applicants, etc. to ensure compliance with US labor laws for Perm placements.
  • Ensure timely fillings of all immigration processes at all stages and ensure immigration data is accurately maintained.
  • Handle day-to-day communications among candidates, employees, managers, internal stakeholders, external counsel and/or vendors for immigration matters.
  • Work cross functionally to assist the People Team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
  • About You:

  • You have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role or similar.
  • You ideally have immigration knowledge/experience, or are willing to be trained.
  • You are customer service oriented with a professional demeanor and feel comfortable communicating and interacting with all levels of stakeholders in a confident manner.
  • You are incredibly organized, detail oriented and can execute on simultaneous projects with a sense of urgency and ease.
  • You like to be empowered and can work autonomously with limited direction and enjoy taking initiative.
  • You are excited about transforming programs/processes with clear measures of success and impact, utilizing excellent problem-solving skills with a data driven approach to identify problems.
  • You enjoy working with technology and learning new things. Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required. Workday and Lever experience are preferred.
  • You have a strong business ethic and are comfortable working with sensitive information.
  • Experience or interest in sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting is a plus!
