Your Role: Elanco High School Co-op

The Elanco High School Co-Op Program delivers valuable work opportunities to high school seniors, providing “real world” experience, skills and knowledge. This program gives students the chance to earn a wage—while earning high school credits—by working 15–20 hours a week during the school year. Students attending participating schools can apply through their school’s coordinator/co-op teacher. This program starts in mid-July of the student’s senior year or incoming junior (depending on school district program).

Your Responsibilities:

• Administrative work dependent upon needs of business function

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Student must be at least 16 years of age.


• Student must be enrolled in a vocation program through his/her high school


• Student must be entering Senior year of high school


• Student must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in this country.
