Job Overview: This position is responsible for working closely with Sales Leadership and Outside Sales Executives to ensure the timely and effective response to inbound sale's inquiries, gathering initial customer needs, pre-qualifying and assigning to appropriate Outside Sales Executive. This role also includes quote generation, customer follow-up, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members to speed up the sales cycle for all product lines. Finally, inbound sales has the responsibility and ability to sign 1-5 location retail and financial accounts for added sales bonuses. The Inside Sales Specialist will have knowledge and experience with CRM software.
