Medline is looking for an Account Management Support Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing and managing relationships with existing accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing a book of business for existing accounts.
Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
Support and work with all dedicated service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
Manage pricing and service related activities.
Create and run monthly/quarterly reports as needed.
Perform cross referencing activities.
Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.
Education
Bachelor's Degree.
Work Experience
At least 1 years of account management or sales experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Background in commissioned, tangible product sales desired.
Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business.
