Position Summary:

The role of Team Leader works to ensure a positive experience for the client by developing and managing our personnel. In this role , you will assist with carrying out daily operations by overseeing staff execution, generating project plans, reviewing and approving estimates and proposals, and staying well informed with the financial performance of the portfolio and forecast. You will be expected to be well informed on the policies and expectations of the company and working to ensure your team adheres to these expectations.

  • Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of deliverable

  • Responsible for installing of hardware/software additions, change orders, and solutions

  • Responsible in verifying the performance and sustained operation of ECM's

  • Responsible for assisting clients in issue resolution

  • Responsible for understanding the clients BAS and able to support

  • Perform site service when called upon

  • Perform project turnovers from construction to Client Services

  • Representation of Client Services during client training and turnovers

  • Responsible for task management creation and execution through Asana process flows

  • Responsible for identifying operational improvements for improved savings performance

  • Periodically evaluate performance of systems for improvement opportunities

  • Provide ongoing client training, both formal and informal

  • Other duties as assigned

This job might be for you if:


  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree preferred, Bachelor of Arts in Business or Finance acceptable, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in service industry with direct customer-interface experience either in sales or client relationship, or equivalent experience

  • Building Automation System experience with understanding of operator knowledge, drawing package understanding, sequence understandings, operational intent, and troubleshooting

  • Understanding of and proficient in project management skills

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Proficient using task management programs or knowledge with Asana

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service internally and externally

  • Effective working in team environment
