The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management Transportation will lead transformational projects within our domestic transportation operations. Transforming legacy systems to one integrated platform across the transportation network.
This is a unique role that combines execution, transformation, and creative thinking to drive impactful change that will enable cost efficiencies, improve services, and expand our offerings to external providers. This role is located in Bentonville, Arkansas and reports to the Director, Tech Enablement and Digital Transformation, Supply Chain - US.

You have a strong understanding of TMS, Supply Chain Optimization, and Tech infrastructure
You are an expert with industry products in execution, planning, and data visualization

Overseeing our digital transformation, monitoring the right KPIs and optimizing decision making

Transformation- guiding and providing thought leadership to the transformation team ensuring tools deliver a centralized and efficient platform, helping to drive digital transformation and knowledge within Transportation
Continuous Improvement- Continuously looking for ways to improve process efficiencies. Inspire teams to innovate in how they work and focus on the top things that will drive the business.
In this role, you willmanagelarge scale projects, and work cross functionally to ensure successful project completion. Building strong relationships with stakeholdersacross Walmart, defining goals and deliverables for large-scale programs, and efficiently utilizing resources will be crucial. Problem-solving and decision-making skills will be essential in navigating setbacks and obstacles. Overall, the candidate's expertise and passion for driving technical projects to success will be invaluable in this role for Transportation.
