Job Description:

Position Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining the receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the assigned vault, whether through internal or external transfers. In addition, this person assists in our internal audit process by tracking, investigating, and resolving variances.
Responsibilities & Duties

Manages the receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of vault and/or the facility
Ensures wholesale manifests are prepared accurately and in a timely manner in preparation for delivery; coordinates closely with Asset Protection regarding wholesale schedule
Counts, catalogs, and investigates variances for weekly internal audits
Maintains METRC compliance by verifying transfers, monitoring LeafLogix inventory integration reconciliation, and maintaining accurate METRC inventory
Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and CCC regulations

Qualifications & Skills

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of inventory management experience required
Basic database management experience required, including data entry and data reconciliation
Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required
Proficiency with Excel required
Must have a reliable personal vehicle

Attention to Detail - Ability to perform accurate transactions and maintain compliance with complex regulations
Inventory Management - Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure reconciliation of physical and virtual inventory within multiple platforms

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally
Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist
Visual acuity needed for viewing computer screens and fine print
Manual dexterity needed for performing data entry

Workplace Environment

Consistent moderate background noise level due to HVAC
Generally working in confined vault space without natural light
