Responsibilities
Create a strong, motivated culture where the team understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and learningDevelop market analysis including trends and competitive threatsDevelop channels, processes and tools to continuously funnel customer feedback to improve our offerings in a practical and timely fashionWork with stakeholders to guide the release or launch of new innovationsFacilitate the strategic decisions about technology, definition, implementation and releasable deliverables for projects and initiativesFacilitate, anticipate, analyze and challenge product requirements and feature functionality against product technology capabilities in order to discover, plan and mitigate project risk using root cause analysis.Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.Coach engineering best practices, development standards, and team norms to improve productivity, velocity, predictability and quality while retaining an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.Manage software development related relationships across the organization to manage expectations and making sure everyone understands solutions to problems and goals of initiatives and the department.Provide documentation and training of duties to new staff and related groups.
