Responsibilities:
The OS&D Operations Specialist is responsible for completing administrative tasks regarding Over, Short,
and Damaged freight both internally and externally.complete all aspects regarding Over, Short, and Damage processes by following internal procedures and
customer specific standard operating procedures.This role will work with FST customers to assess responsibility, determine the root cause of overages/
shortages/damages, and determine resolutions.The OS&D Operations Specialist will work closely with the OS&D Claims Manager to meet OS&D, Returns,
and Claims productivity expectations.This role will process claims by entering and scanning them into Truck Mate (TMW), pull all background
paperwork, and enter notes that could assist in the processing of claims.Manage misrouted and lost freight, handle all incoming emails for pick-ups that are considered returns,
handle Master Bill issues that require drops, scan Proof of Deliveries and invoices to TMW, and handle all
inbound drops and returns for Pool Customers by following their SOPs.You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology
platforms, as defined by FST
