Kargar Construction is looking for an Architect. Must have a US bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) in Architecture, that has experience in residential architecture and construction; Research, plans, designs and administers building projects for clients by applying knowledge of architectural designs, construction detailing and construction procedures, building materials and systems. Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and all the specifications to include, estimation of hard cost.
Assists in research and coordination of materials, bid all projects, and finalize products for the projects per the specifications. 10 years of Architecture experience and 5 years' experience in luxury home construction/supervision and building is a requirement.
