You will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees.

Job Summary

As the Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will develop implementation plans and standards and/or lead the implementation for one or more critical improvement processes. You will guide and coach plant resources in the implementation of the improvement methodology. You will provide training . You will help develop, deploy and train. Yo will utilize continuous Improvement tools, methodologies, standards, and processes. You will track and monitor implementation and qualified resources

Position Responsibilities

• You will comply with all company safety procedures and complying with all OSHA rules and regulations. (THINK SAFETY FIRST.)


• You will adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene, etc.


• You will implement projects which reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, or increase efficiencies which support overall plant objectives.


• You will facilitate project team meetings to ensure team member accountability and project deadline are met


• You will coach employees on implementation of project deliverables


• You will track project cost savings (Conagra Cost Reductions)

Position Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous experience in continuous improvement - 1 year for Associate level


• Previous experience working in a Manufacturing setting


• Previous Project management experience


• Effectively communicate
