Radiometrics Midwest Corporation is looking for a skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in RF design and implementing corrections for Electromagnetic Interference problems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and testing electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. Key Objectives
• Design and oversee the EMC Testing of our clients' electrical systems and components for a variety of projects
• Conduct testing and analysis to ensure that electrical systems and components meet project EMC requirements
• Develop deep understanding of our clients, products, goals, and business strategy; evaluate systems and processes; and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and technical reports
• Meet Radiometrics A2LA ISO 17025 accredited quality standards by maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices and by adhering to national and local regulations

Main Responsibilities
• Design and develop test pans for our clients' electrical equipment and systems
• Perform calculations and analysis to exhibit compliance of clients electrical systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation for clients' electrical systems compliance
• Collaborate with Telecommunication Certification Bodies to ensure FCC and ISED project success
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
• Manage the execution and timely completion of projects by analyzing scope and determining specifications, establishing test methods for product investigations, analyzing test programs for adequacy and sequence, examining samples for compliance with requirements, and preparing reports
• Formulate plans with detailed calculations, drawings, diagrams, project specifications
• Monitor industry trends and implement appropriate methods for keeping EMC Testing on the cutting edge
• Maintain Calibration documentation for Testing equipment.

Electrical Engineering Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other electrical design software
• Experience with electrical systems design, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of EMC Standards and regulations
• Strong EMC electronic testing capabilities
• Strong focus on quality control
